Four principles
under every programme.

The 4Ds are the same framework taught in Teaching the AI Fluency Framework, the academically co-badged programme published jointly by Anthropic, University College Cork, Ringling College of Art and Design, the Higher Education Authority of Ireland, and the National Forum for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning. The framework's authors are Joseph Feller and Rick Dakan. Every Darla AI programme teaches and applies it.

How is this different from generic AI vendor training?
Vendor training teaches the platform. Darla AI training teaches the practice. The 4D Fluency Framework is academically co-badged, peer-reviewed, and built around how experienced professionals actually use AI. We work with you on your real outputs — not toy examples.
Are programmes delivered on-site or remote?
Both. Spark is delivered remotely as standard. Team and Transform are typically blended — kickoff and key sessions on-site, cohort coaching remote. Enterprise is scoped to your locations and governance. We deliver on-site across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Australia, and the UK.
What languages can you deliver in?
English is the primary delivery language for all programmes. Bilingual delivery is available for some Team and Transform components on request. Materials are provided in English.
Is training HRDF claimable in Malaysia?
HRDF claimability registration with HRD Corp is in progress. Once registered, all Darla AI programmes will be claimable for Malaysian employers. We will confirm claimable status before any commitment. More on the Malaysia / HRDF page →
How does procurement typically work?
Most engagements start with the AI Readiness Audit (4 weeks, SGD 2,500 — fee credited on engagement). The Audit produces a role-impact map, an adoption-risk scorecard, and a 12-month roadmap. From there, organisations choose the right tier and we move into engagement letter and SOW. Standard payment terms are 50% on signature, 50% on completion (or progress milestones for longer programmes).
Can you sign NDAs?
Yes. Mutual NDAs are standard practice and signed before any commercial conversation involving confidential business information. We can issue our standard form or work with yours.
