01 · Keynote / Executive Briefing
The room that

A 60 to 90-minute leadership session, in-person or remote. Built around your senior team's specific questions, competitive context, and strategic horizon. Not a generic AI presentation — a briefing that gives the leadership team what they need to make the call.

02 · Additional Cohort
A second function.
A second region.

Repeat the Team cohort for a second department, geography, or business unit. Uses the same methodology and the same framework — adapted for the new audience. Substantially faster to deploy than the first cohort because the infrastructure is already in place.

Most commonly added by Transform clients who want to extend coverage beyond the original scope, or by Team clients who want to roll the programme to a second function before the first cohort fades.

03 · Train-the-Trainer
Capability that

A certification programme for two to four internal L&D staff or designated AI champions. Covers the Darla Method delivery spine, workshop facilitation, assistant build methodology, and adoption clinic mechanics. Graduates can facilitate future cohorts independently — without David in the room.

This is the right add-on for Transform and Enterprise clients who want to build internal capability alongside the external programme, rather than remaining dependent on Darla AI indefinitely.

04 · Assistant-Build Sprint
One role family.
Built properly.

A dedicated two-week sprint to build a custom Claude assistant for a specific role family — Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, or any other function. Includes role analysis, assistant design, instruction set build, testing across real tasks, and a handover brief for the team.

Most commonly added by clients who have a specific function that needs a more sophisticated build than the cohort programme delivers — or a new function not covered in the original scope.

05 · Case Study Rights — Concession trade

After a successful engagement, Darla AI may request the right to publish a quantified case study using your organisation's name, outcomes, and a testimonial. This is offered as a concession trade — no monetary cost, but requires sign-off from a named senior stakeholder and factual review before publication.

Gill Capital Group is the first published case study. The Palmon Group and one Spark-tier client will follow. If you are open to this conversation at the start of an engagement, please say so — it allows us to document outcomes properly from the outset.

Note on add-on pricing: All add-ons require an active or recently completed Darla AI engagement. They are not available as standalone purchases, with the exception of the Keynote / Executive Briefing, which is available to Enterprise tier clients independently. The 60% cohort pricing is calculated on the base Team fee at the time of the original engagement.
