Getting Started
with AI.

Two courses. Two AI partners. The same Darla Method, applied to whichever AI you are working with. Free, self-guided, and built around the work you actually do.

Not a tutorial.
A working practice.

Most AI training teaches you what a system can do. This teaches you how to work with it — every day, for real tasks, at a professional standard.

Each course follows the same structure: a question you would actually ask, an answer that treats you as a capable professional, and a prompt you can try immediately on your own work. No demos. No generic exercises.

Ten modules — one concept per module, no padding
The 4Ds AI Fluency Framework applied throughout (Anthropic / Feller & Dakan)
Pro tip, common mistake, and a try-this prompt in every module
Voice mode guidance — the most natural way to work with AI
A final quiz to unlock Stage 2 advanced training

Same method.
Your AI.

Both courses cover the same Darla Method foundations. Choose the AI you are using — or plan to use — and start there. You can always come back and take the other one.

— Which one?
Not sure which to start with?

Start with Claude. It has the deepest integration with the Darla Method and the most advanced free features. If your organisation uses ChatGPT, take that course second — the foundations carry across.

— Voice mode
Both courses cover voice.

Speaking to your AI is covered in the setup module of both courses. It is the most natural way to work with AI — and giving your assistant a name shifts the relationship from operating a system to working with a thinking partner.

— Stage 2
Both courses unlock Stage 2.

Pass the final quiz in either course and you receive an unlock code for Stage 2 — five advanced courses covering Skills, Cowork, Projects, Connectors, and Excel & PowerPoint in depth.
